Amazing place to live! So nice and cleaned up. Its very big and spacious. So many places to walk your dog and they have a dog park for them as well.

Move in was a breeze. All the appliances were in top notch quality and seemed brand new. Apartment was clean and gave a new home feel. Neighbors are nice, quiet and respectful. Pool area is beautiful and excited to use the gym when it opens.

So far the moving experience has been great. While moving in, one of the rooms needed its carpet redone and they came in and a did it immediately. The leasing office staff is also extremely nice!

We have been living here for two months . We are very happy with our new apartment. All of the amenities are great. Looking forward to warmer weather so we can enjoy the pool. Our screened porch is a real bonus that we are enjoying already. The employees are very nice and helpful. Looking forward to meeting neighbors now that the warmer weather is here. Margaret S

My experience with the Realm at Patterson Place thus far has been a great experience. I had been working with Odily for about a month trying to coordinate my move in date due to a hectic work schedule and she was very helpful and patient. She was always professional and friendly every time we spoke, she always followed up when she said she would and I appreciate all her help and hard work. Also the community is beautiful and very peaceful!!!

Just moved in but the apartments are absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The amenities are great and the front office workers were extremely nice and welcoming. This really feels like home!

I had to relocate from SC for a new job in a city where I didn't know anyone. From the first call with Kendra, I knew Realm at Patterson Place was at the top of my list. Wonderful community with friendly neighbors! Can't recommend it enough!

Been living here for a couple months and I love it! Grounds are kept extremely clean as well as the clubhouse. In regards to the apartment itself, it is beautiful and the appliances are nice.

I relocated to Durham about a year ago now and was a little nervous because it would be my first time living alone since college. Realm made the transition so smooth and I cant imagine living anywhere else!

Outstanding. It is just what I was looking for. The workout room the pool are clean and beautiful. The common room has everything I would want. In moving in all the residence we're very helpful and friendly Neighbors. I could not ask for more.
